Hilah Fellowship is Ventures for Sustainability's local training program, which is an intensive 5-day long in-person workshop that focuses on team building, collaboration, capacity building, and providing hands-on experience with creating impactful small grass-root level projects. Individuals across Pakistan can apply to the Fellowship Program, however, this program is specially designed for PUAN Alumni. The Program has intensive 15 hours long workshops that take place over the course of 5 days (3 hours per day).

The Fellowship takes place in Lahore, Pakistan each year in March.
​
This 5-day long in-person workshop is a non-formal education program that is an amalgamation of different vocational learning subjects such as project management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The Fellowship provides focused learning training for the Alumni. These workshop sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, highlighting examples from the region, and creating a sense of collective learning and collaboration for the fellows, helping them in understanding the problems and landscape of South Asia in the areas of gender equality, education, and climate change.
Eligibility
Ventures for Sustainability encourages Alumni and individuals to apply from all backgrounds and profiles, whether you are an artist or a coder, the organization welcomes and encourages diversity.

Applicants from all over Pakistan can apply. However, the Fellowship takes place in Lahore, Pakistan only and the organization doesn't cover travel or lodging costs to and from Lahore.

Applicants must have 1- 2 years of experience working in the areas of gender equality, education, and climate change awareness
